Fees are due and payable before any lesson starts.
24 hours notice is required for a Makeup lesson. We understand that some situations are unavoidable and therefore we may be able to accommodate at the discression of the teacher. Please do not be offended if this is not possible.
Make-ups for an individual can be timetabled. If not, we will place a credit i your account. For partner/ groups, only if there is a suitable class is available. If not, we cannot accommodate individual requests.
