Liam Buckman

Liam Buckman is a teacher of saxophone, flute and clarinet and is a lifelong performer. In 2021 Liam completed his HSC at Wollongong Highschool of the Performing Arts and shortly after began teaching music in schools throughout the Illawarra. He has been taught by David Reglar, Eric Dunan and Col Loughnan who sculpted Liam’s specialty in Jazz music.

Starting on piano at age six quickly found a preference to the genre of Jazz and now specialises in jazz saxophone but still plays a diverse range of genres. Regularly performing throughout the Illawarra and greater Sydney Liam has performed at the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Conservatorium and Wollongong Town Hall.
