Over 20 plus years high level customer engagement and business management experience.
I enjoy working with people, I am confident in my abilities and I am multi-skilled.
My role as Studio Manager, meeting the highest standards of service, communication and support for our extensive client base. I managed all incoming calls, emails, taking bookings and processing payments. I also managed all correspondence including scheduling of appointments for all our teachers.
I play an active role in the Thirroul community, I love the idea of working within it, I am reliable and flexible, I also have a current working with children check.
