Blake is a highly passionate singer, actor and dancer with 6 years of training under the tuition of Jennifer Turnbull (Singing), Lindy Sharp and Lachlan Macnab (Acting), 5 years of Ballet (Linda Shaw Wilson and Tanya Lavis) and 3 years of Jazz, Musical Theatre and Tap (Teagan Huntsdale).

Currently completing his HSC at Bulli High School, Blake has been a familiar face on stage, portraying roles such as Eugene and Doody U.S (Grease), Tinman (The Wiz), Lord Evelyn Oakleigh (Anything Goes), Sky Masterson (Guys and Dolls) and Gomez Addams (The Addams Family), as well as taking on School Assistant Director and Choreographer roles for the past 3 years. Blake also played Vlad Vladikoff/Wickersham Brother in Arcadian’s ‘Seussical the Musical’ (2016) and was Featured Ensemble in So Popera’s ‘Singin’ in the Rain’ (2019). Over the past years, Blake has thoroughly enjoyed taking part in numerous prestigious school and community-based opportunities, including Featured Artist (Vocalist) in Southern Stars Arena Spectacular (2019), Featured Artist (Vocalist) in the NSW Schools Spectacular (2019), featured vocalist in the NSW State Solo Vocal Camp, featured performer at the Sydney Opera House – Cantabile Music Festival (2017), vocalist in the ISE Regional Touring Ensemble (2017-2018), featured performer at the Sydney Town Hall – Public Education Foundation Awards and dancer in the Wollongong Eisteddfod.

Due to his continual involvement in community theatre, Blake has developed a passion for teaching, especially ‘drama and movement’. Blake has recently been accepted into the prestigious ‘Brent Street Full Time 2021’ course for Musical Theatre and can’t wait to share his diverse skills and knowledge of performance with your kids!
