Dilara holds 18 years of piano performance experience and in 2013 completed her Certificate of completion in AMEB/CPM piano performance, Aural and Theory method. In 2020 she has completed her Bachelor in Contemporary performance majoring in Keyboard and Piano at the Australian Institute of Music Sydney.
Dilara has extensive experience and education in many piano methods and styles/genres of music. Ranging from traditional classical piano to Jazz, Cuban and Latin music as well as contemporary rock, pop and rhythm and blues genres. She also has professional experience in musical directing and songwriting. Dilara has also gained experience in the industry performing at the Sydney Opera House and other performance venues and Corporate events.
She holds over eight years of professional teaching experience. She is highly passionate in helping her students enjoy learning about music and tending to the individual wants and needs of each of her students. Dilara also shares a substantial interest in music therapy, and the medical link between neurology and music and as of 2021 will be studying her Masters in Music Therapy through Melbourne University.
Overall, Dilara carries excellent skills and attributes and has an exceptional level of care for her students in encouraging and supporting them to reach their very best within the area of music and piano that they are most interested in learning about and advancing in.
