Make Ups and Credits

There are still confusion regarding make ups and credits. The following is standard across many studios. Teachers rely on fees for income and is only for individual lessons. Partner lessons can be made up if there is another similar lesson available. Times cannot be guaranteed.

In theory, only one make up is allowed per term and a minimum of 24hrs notice is required.
Any extra makes ups a negotiated with teachers.

Lesson and Classes Update

We are implementing learning programs where you can monitor students progress. This will include better communication from the teacher and I will be monitoring all students progress and find where we can support better.

I have designed a Practice Journal and will be on sale soon.This will assist you to keep updated with student’s progress and what is required for them to practice. It is also a great reflection and growth measurement. In the meantime, you can download this for free until its ready for next term.
