A 10-week 1 hour young innovator (Upper Primary – stage 3) course is a program designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurship among young individuals. - Where do I start? Learning techniques to generate and refine ideas for innovative projects or solutions.
- How do I understand the problem? Understanding the principles of design thinking, problem-solving that emphasises empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
- What skills and tools will I need? Introducing basic concepts of entrepreneurship, including market research, business model development, marketing, and financial planning.
- Where and what can I do to make things happen! The process of transforming ideas into real projects, encouraging to prototype and test their solutions.
- Who and where can I get feedback? Providing guidance and support from experienced mentors who can offer valuable insights and feedback on participants’ projects.
- Create my tribe! Encouraging collaboration among participants, fostering teamwork, and promoting effective communication and cooperation.
- The Pitch! Effective presentation techniques and helping them refine their pitch to effectively communicate their ideas to potential stakeholders.
- What is my Purpose?: Exploring how to communicate the vision and purpose to others. Exploring the inner leader or manager to make a difference.
- How do I network? How to approach other from various fields, including successful entrepreneurs, innovators, and industry experts, to provide mentorship and provide inspiration.
- Lets Go!: Organising a culminating event where participants can showcase their projects or ideas to a broader audience, such as investors, mentors, or the general public.
