We are at the middle of term already and will be booking for 2024. Please settle any outstanding accounts immediately unless you have n arrangement. Any outstanding accounts will be reminded through square invoicing from here on.

Mic Afternoon!n 10th December @ Beaches Hotel 11 am

Students are invited to perform at Beaches Hotel. It is an informal concert where students experience being on stage. It is not compulsory and students can come and go.

EnrolMy Transfer to Square Appointments

We will be moving back to the Square Appointments for 2024.  We had been using the platform in the past and due to a change in policy, we needed to use another platform EnrolMy. The developers at EnrolMy have been improving the platform however, it hasn’t met our needs and is costly with credit card fees. 

Holiday Programs

Our studio will close from 23rd December and reopen Monday 8th January. We will have holiday lessons and workshops.

Tuesdays

  • 3:30 – 4:20 – Script Writing ages 8+ Aimed at young people (8+) Scriptwriting involves considering their interests, comprehension levels, and the unique issues they face. Drama scripts can be a powerful medium for exploring topics relevant to youth, such as identity, friendship, family dynamics, and social issues
  • 4:30 – 5:50 – Film Making ages 8+ Creating a filmmaking guide can be a fantastic way to introduce them to the world of storytelling, creativity, and technical skills involved in making a film.
  • 6:00 – 7:20 – Movement Welcome to Dynamic Movement Mastery, a class designed specifically for young people to engage their bodies and minds through a series of movement-based activities. This class aims to enhance physical fitness, coordination, and mental acuity while fostering a fun and supportive environment. This program caters to all levels of ability, encouraging participants to challenge themselves and celebrate their progress.

Thursdays

  • 3:30 – 4:20 – General Acting ages 5-9 General drama classes for children aged 5-9 introduce young participants to the world of acting and performance in an engaging, supportive, and age-appropriate manner. At this developmental stage, the focus is typically on nurturing creativity, imagination, self-expression, and basic theatrical skills through playful and educational activities. 
  • 4:30 – 5:20 – Improvisation ages 10+ Improvisation, or improv, drama classes can be an exciting and dynamic way to introduce young people to the world of acting and creative expression. At this age, children are typically energetic, imaginative, and willing to take risks, which are great qualities for improv. 
  • 5:30 – 6:20 – Performance Class ages 10+ Performance drama classes are designed to extend children to the world of acting, storytelling, and theatre. These classes often focus on developing a range of performance skills, fostering creativity, and building confidence. 
  • 6:30 – 7:20 – High School Year level 7+ Drama classes for high school students cultivate creativity, improve communication skills, and build confidence in students.
